This is a scrappy plant in the front garden on the side, there are a lot
of these in and around the estate, especially in the public areas. The
maintainence crew give them a 'round head' haircut, the ends of the
leaves brown off with this and they look awful.
Research on how to care for them is needed.
Removed when lawn was updated - it really was a messy plant.
