Acmena 'Allyn Magic'
Purchased in May 2018 from Manawee nursery for $20.00
An outstanding and
very compact Acmena variety with a wide range of applications in the
garden and landscape. The evergreen plants feature colourful foliage
and are hardy to moderate frosts and tolerant to full sun. They need
only minimum water in drought situations and usually reach a maximum of
50cm High
Acmena Allyn Magic is
ideal for borders, feature plantings or containers. It prefers full
sun or part shade for best results and may be trimmed or hedged to shape
if required. Fertilise at moderate to low rates and apply mulch to
help conserve moisture.
Acmena Allyn Magic
produces flushes of colourful new growth throughout all seasons of the
year and is a psyllid free lilly pilly

Height to 50cm Width to 1mtr. Prune at any time of year, not only to retain shape and size but also to promote new growth.
Flowers in summer with cream fluffy flowers followed by fleshy pink berries. The berries are edible.
Fertilise using a native slow release fertiliser yearly in the warmer months
